Avesco Group plc announces the acquisition of Charter Broadcast, a leading provider of broadcast systems, broadcast equipment and digital radio camera services worldwide.

The Charter Broadcast business will be combined with Avesco's existing Presteigne business and the division as enlarged by the acquisition will be renamed Presteigne Charter.
