Aged 63. Founded Avesco Group and floated it in 1984 prior to its introduction to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange in 1988. He is a Director of Charlton Athletic Football Club.

Aged 64. Joined Avesco Group plc as a non-executive director in December 2010 and became Non-Executive Deputy Chairman in January 2013. Having established Taya Communications in 1992, he is a major player in the Israeli content (video) market owning and operating the largest TV studios in Israel. He previously founded the second largest law firm in Israel; Goldfarb, Levy, Giniger & Co. – today called Goldfarb Seligman & Co. Admitted to the Bar in Israel and New York.

Aged 59. Joined Avesco plc in March 2004 as Finance Director and the Board in 2007. He was Group Finance Director at Boosey & Hawkes plc and previously held positions as Group Finance Director at MediaKey plc and Video Arts Limited.

Aged 53. Joined Avesco in 1986 and was appointed to the Board in 1994. He transferred to the Board of Avesco plc in 2004 and re-joined the Board in 2007. Part of the team that founded Creative Technology in 1985, he has primary responsibility for Creative Technology's US and Asia Pacific operations. He has over 30 years experience in the live events industry.

Aged 51. Joined Avesco in 1985 and was appointed to the Board in 2012. Previously served on the Board of Avesco plc when it was separately listed prior to the acquisition by the Company in 2007. He has primary responsibility for Creative Technology's European and Middle East operations and was part of the team that founded the business in 1985. He has over 30 years experience in the live events industry.

Aged 45. Joined Avesco Group as a non-executive director in June 2012, a specialist in the field of experiential marketing she was Managing Director of Momentum Israel , as part of the global McCann Erickson Group.
